Resume

This article presents an analysis of the epidemiological and clinical characteristics, as well as preventive measures, of geriatric tuberculosis in the city of Andijan during 2020–2024. A retrospective study of 1000 elderly patients with pulmonary and extrapulmonary forms of tuberculosis was conducted. Clinical course features, the impact of comorbidities, and the need to improve prevention in the region were identified
