IMMOBILIZATION OF PANCREATIC ENZYMES - ELASTASE AND PROTEASE REACTION TO STRESS

I.A. Yusupova - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

This study investigated the effect of immobilization stress on the activity of elastase and protease enzymes in laboratory animals. Results demonstrated a significant increase in enzyme activities on the first day post-stress, followed by a gradual decline and normalization by day 28. These findings reflect the organism's adaptive response to stress and confirm the importance of elastase and protease as biomarkers of pancreatic function

Keywords: immobilization stress, elastase, protease, enzyme activity, adaptation, pancreas
