Resume
This article analyzes the impact of Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) during pregnancy and the treatment approaches used against it. APS can cause various complications in pregnant women, including recurrent spontaneous abortions, preeclampsia, stillbirths, and placental insufficiency. The research methodology involved the analysis of scientific articles and clinical studies, as well as the collection and analysis of statistical data. The results indicate that anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapies, such as heparin and low-dose aspirin, have been effective in improving pregnancy outcomes in women with APS. Additionally, new treatment methods such as hydroxychloroquine and pravastatin were also examined. The article emphasizes the necessity of developing advanced approaches to treat APS, providing important information for future research
