Resume

The investigation of pathomorphological differences between gastritis and gastropathy in the context of metabolic syndrome is of significant relevance in diagnostic morphology. Gastritis is marked by lymphoplasmacytic infiltration, epithelial atrophy, and signs of chronic inflammation, whereas gastropathy is characterized by epithelial dystrophy, vascular alterations, and an absence of pronounced inflammatory response. These distinctions are essential for accurate diagnosis and the development of targeted therapeutic strategies
