Resume
Infertility is a major clinical and social problem among women of reproductive age. Dysbiosis of the reproductive tract microbiota contributes to impaired endometrial receptivity and reduced fertility potential. Objective. To comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of synbiotic therapy in women with infertility associated with reproductive microbiota dysbiosis. Methods. The study included 120 infertile women aged 18–43 years. Participants were divided into four groups according to the anatomical localization of microbiota dysbiosis. Microbiota composition was assessed by 16S rRNA sequencing, and cytokine levels (IL-6, IL-10) were measured by ELISA. Individualized synbiotic therapy regimens were administered. Results. Post-treatment, IL-6 levels significantly decreased (p<0,001), while IL-10 increased (p<0,01–0,001). Lactobacillus spp. abundance rose 1.8–2.8 fold, whereas opportunistic species declined 2.0–3.8 fold. Clinical pregnancy rates increased from 16.7% to 73.2% in group I, from 13.3% to 72.5% in group II, and from 10.0% to 74.4% in group III (p<0.001). Conclusion. Synbiotic therapy effectively restores microbial balance, improves immune homeostasis, and significantly enhances clinical pregnancy outcomes.
