Resume
Autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT) is one of the most common endocrine system diseases in pregnant women, which can seriously affect the health of both mother and child during pregnancy. This study aims to analyze the epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment strategies of AIT in pregnant women. Based on the analysis of modern scientific literature, the article examines the impact of AIT on pregnancy, changes in thyroid hormones, and clinical outcomes. The results show that AIT increases the risk of pregnancy complications, miscarriage, and impaired fetal development. Timely treatment with levothyroxine can significantly reduce these risks. The study emphasizes the need for regular monitoring of thyroid functional status and early diagnosis of AIT in pregnant women.
