Resume

Modern treatment approaches include the use of combined methods aimed at eliminating the infectious agent, suppressing inflammation, and restoring periodontal tissue. Personalized therapy, taking into account various patient profile factors, is of practical interest, allowing for increased treatment effectiveness and improved quality of life. This article presents data from a study of 90 patients in the Surkhandarya Region, identifying clinical features and the frequency of occurrence of this pathology. It is shown that the clinical picture of chronic generalized periodontitis is characterized by significant heterogeneity, determined by the degree of inflammatory changes, the depth of periodontal pockets, the frequency of exacerbations, and the nature and rate of alveolar bone resorption.
