Resume

This article analyzes the pathogenesis of obesity and its adverse effects on a healthy lifestyle. The main factors of obesity, accumulation mechanisms, and the role of endocrine and immune systems were reviewed. Additionally, the impact of obesity on cardiovascular, metabolic, and other systems, as well as preventive measures, were emphasized. The importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle among youth and the population to prevent obesity was studied.
