Resume

This article provides an extensive review of the current scientific literature on allergic diseases in children. Particular attention is paid to epidemiology, pathogenesis, risk factors, clinical manifestations, and approaches to diagnosis and treatment. References to key international and regional studies are provided, including analytical materials from the World Allergy Organization (WAO), the European Academy of Allergy (EAACI), and current research by specialists from the CIS.
