Resume
The aim of the study. Evaluation of the аllergic state in HIV infection combined with intestinal parasitosis. Material and methods. The clinical picture of the allergic process in patients was studied by objective examination and differential evaluation of patients. All patients underwent general clinical studies. Anti HIV was detected by enzyme immunoassay and subsequently based on immunoblot. In this case, the test systems "Vector" - "Antigen" and "Antigen-blot" (Novosibirsk) were used. Diagnosis of parasitic invasions was carried out by 3-fold coproscopy (method of formalin-ether sedimentation) and the method of polymerase chain reaction. Results. Of 83 patients with HIV infection, combined with intestinal parasitosis, 64 (77.1%) had allergic dermatitis. Allergic dermatitis in 64.5% (40 people) of patients manifested itself in the form of urticaria, in 37.5% (24 people) - in the form of erythema. Allergic rhinitis was observed in 5 patients (6.0%), and itching of the skin - in 14 patients (16.9%). An allergic reaction to antiretroviral drugs was detected in 8 (4.70%) patients, and in 32 (18.8%) patients - to drugs used for opportunistic and concomitant diseases. Allergic conditions, being one of the manifestations of HIV infection associated with intestinal parasitosis, are most often observed in HIV infection associated with blastocystosis.
