Resume
In this study, 69 (48 men and 21 women) patients with psoriasis, whose age ranged from 18 to 60 years, were taken from a hygienic analysis of daily eating patterns and diets. We analyzed the diet as a risk factor for the disease in the summer season. The structural structure of 56 patients' menus was evaluated based on the requirements of sanitary norms and rules 0007-2020, and the chemical composition of the daily ration and its quantitative indicators in terms of quantity and quality indicators were evaluated according to "Chemical composition of food products". The daily food ration of patients does not meet hygienic requirements, the amount of flour, bread and macarons in the ration is extremely excessive in the summer season, the total amount of rice and porridge is provided up to 55.0% in men and 35.0% in women compared to the physiological norm. The amount of consumption of meat products is 50.0-80% in men, 40-88% in women, the amount of rabbit meat is extremely low. The amount of milk and dairy products, fruits and vegetables is also drastically reduced, and the amount of sugar, salt, margarine and coffee and confectionery products has been dramatically increased.
