This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the most urgent global issues in hygiene, focusing on environmental, sanitary, epidemiological, and social risks affecting public health. Rapid changes in environmental factors, intensified urbanization, biosphere degradation, and emerging infectious diseases significantly increase the global importance of hygiene. The article discusses the effects of global warming, air pollution, drinking water safety, food hygiene, occupational hazards, and lifestyle-related diseases. Conceptual approaches to developing modern hygiene systems and preventive strategies adopted by international organizations are presented.
