FACTORS OF THE RISK FOR THE PROGRESSION OF DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY IN PATIENTS WITH THE DIABETES

Resume,

The article presents the results of studying factors of the risk for the progression of the diabetic nephropathy in patients with the long-term diabetes. To perform the tasks presented, the results of comparison of hemoglobin levels of patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (47 patients), duration of the disease from 2 weeks to 25 years with non-diabetic kidney diseases (35 patients) in aged from 50 to 76 years. The control group consisted of 30 practically healthy persons. The obtained results indicate that the anemia was observed in patients with type 1 diabetes more often 36.17% than in than in patients with non-diabetic kidney disease 5.71%. On the progression of DN in patients with type 1 diabetes is affected by hypertension, lipidemia, high proteinuria and early manifestation of diabetes. Early correction of anemia is a prophylaxis of the progression of heart and kidney pathology in patients with diabetes.
