Resume

Frequently ill children (FIC) represent a special risk group for the development of allergic diseases due to the peculiarities of immune response, increased antigenic load, and functional immaturity of the immune system. This article discusses the main mechanisms of allergic pathology formation in this category of children, including frequent respiratory infections, impaired mucosal barrier function, immune imbalance, and environmental factors. Modern data on the pathogenesis of allergic diseases in frequently ill children are presented, and the importance of early prevention, timely diagnosis, and comprehensive monitoring is substantiated.
