Manasova I.S. Bukhara State Medical Institute

Resume

The article conducted epidemiological studies showing that the prevalence and mechanism of transmission of COVID-19 infection were important social factors. Lifestyle, nutrition were also studied. Rational rest mode work among elderly and middle-aged patients. Coronaviruses are enveloped viruses with single-stranded “plus” RNA, with genome sizes from 25 to 32 thousand nucleotides, causing respiratory and intestinal diseases in animals and humans. The review considers human cases of disease caused by a novel coronavirus (NCoV).Coronaviruses are enveloped viruses with a single-strand “+” RNA, its genome size varying from 25 to 32 thousands of nucleotides. They cause respiratory and intestinal diseases in animals and humans. The review contains the data on human infection cases induced by a new coronavirus (NCoV), as well as the information about probable natural agent reservoirs, mechanisms of transmission, some characteristic features of the etiological agent, methods of diagnostics and identification, complete genome sequence, and NCoV relation to the established coronaviruses.

Key words: coronavirus, agent reservoir, mechanism of transmission, phylogenetic analysis.
