Resume
120 women were enrolled (fertile, n=53; postmenopausal, subdivided into 2a: eradication only, n=34; and 2b: eradication + HRT, n=33). After 12 weeks, Group 2b significantly outperformed Group 2a across all 8 SF-36 subscales (p<0.001), with a mean total score increase of 17.1 points. Four data visualisation charts demonstrate inter-group differences in symptom frequency, hormone dynamics and quality of life. Findings support mandatory inclusion of HRT in postmenopausal PUD treatment protocols.
